I don't know what type of fish this is but this is what we call "Tuyo." This word in english refers to dry. Literally the fish is dried in the sun but they are salted in preparation. We often have this particular fish (the one we see in the picture) when we are eating breakfast. We often partner this fish with chocolate rice porridge.
