Most people love to eat freshly fried fish and yet here in the Philippines we have a variety of dried fish. They call it TUYO, DAING, DILIS which are the smaller ones and more. And because I am living here in Mindanao, a large island here in the Philippines, I could see a lot of varieties at the local markets with very friendly prices making it very affordable to the locals.
